Taking a family vacation in Florida is a no-brainer. This state is home to beaches, luxury resorts, beautiful weather and theme parks.

Florida has a variety of regions and metro areas, each with its own character and attractions.

The northeast coast of Florida has beautiful beaches, golf courses and a rich historical landmarks. Cities and areas to visit are Jacksonville, Amelia Island, St. Augustine and Daytona Beach.

Everybody’s favorite mouse has his home in the center part of the state around Orland, home to them parks like Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios and water parks like Blizzard Beach and Wet ‘N Wild.

The Space Coast area of Cocoa Beach and Melbourne is home to the Kennedy Space Center and the surf mecca of Ron Jon’s in Cocoa Beach.

South Florida has beautiful beaches, nightlife and the Everglades National Park. Don’t forget to visit the Florida Keys if you take the trip down to Miami.

The Gulf Coast of Florida has miles and miles of soft sandy beaches on the peaceful Gulf of Mexico. Sanibel and Captiva Island offer the best seashell exploring in the state.

Up in the northwest part of the state and the panhandle you’ll find springs, white sandy beaches and traditional Southern charm.
